Ingredients:

¼ avocado

1 medium beetroot
-
150-200g berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)

1tbsp protein powder (pea, rice, hemp, whey)

2tbsp sunflower and or / pumpkin seeds

1 cup coconut water / water

1tsp ground cinnamon
Directions:

First juice the beetroot, add juice to blender.

Alternatively, steam beetroot or use ready-bought cooked beetroot in water.

Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth and thick. Add a few ice cubes at the end if prefer colder.
