Ingredients:

1 cup boiling water

1 tbsp miso

¼ cup sliced seaweed

¼ cup sliced chives

1 tbsp grated ginger

Optional:

2 tbsp diced tofu
Directions:

Add miso, ginger, seaweed and chives to 1 cup of boiling water.
