  • ¼ avocado

  • 1 medium beetroot

  • 150-200g berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)

  • 1tbsp protein powder (pea, rice, hemp, whey)

  • 2tbsp sunflower and or / pumpkin seeds

  • 1 cup coconut water / water

  • 1tsp ground cinnamon


First juice the beetroot, add juice to blender. Alternatively, steam beetroot or use ready-bought cooked beetroot in water. Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth and thick. Add a few ice cubes at the end if prefer colder.
