Extract Chai tea

– 1 tbsp fennel or anise seed

– 6 green cardamom pods

– 12 cloves

– 1 cinnamon stick

– 1/4" ginger root, sliced thin

– 1/4 tsp black pepper corns

– 2 bay leaves

– 7 cups water 

Boil for 5 minutes, then simmer for 10 minutes: Steep 3-4 minutes. Strain through a fine-mesh.

Chai Tea

1 Cup of boil water

4 Tbsp. Extract Chai tea

Add:

2 Tbsp. honey or stevia

bring to a boil, and simmer 5 minutes
